You may place orders on the web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also place orders by phone or fax Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. (CT).

Ship to Office Orders – Estimated delivery time is 1-3 Days

If the lens is in stock with the manufacturer it should arrive to WVA within 3-5 business days.

If the lens needs to be manufactured:

• B&L Standard Blister Product: 2-3 weeks
• Optima Toric Vials: 3-4 weeks
• Ciba Standard Blister Product: 14 business days
• Vial Product: 14 business days
• Made to Order: 14 business days to 6 weeks (must pass inspection)
• Cooper Standard Blister Product: 2 weeks
• Made to Order and XR lenses: 2-4 weeks
• Vistakon: All product: 7 business days

Please be aware of trials that are manufactured in multi-packs. When ordering these trials, please designate the number of “packs” you would like to order. Single trials are not available in these instances.
